SHIBA 서버 고객센터 이용 방법에 대해 설명되어 있습니다.

1. 우측 멤버 목록에서 **시바서버 고객센터**를 찾고 클릭합니다.
2. 우측 <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/A5ONZewflnULSBDou1F6/blobs/YhPciGW5wvpiPQlmVMfW/1.png" alt="" data-size="line"> 버튼을 클릭하여 <mark style="color:yellow;">**고객센터 DM**</mark>에 입장합니다.

1. "안녕하세요" 또는 간단한 인사를 포함하여 메시지를 작성합니다.
2. 선택한 문의 유형에 따라 추가로 필요한 정보를 입력합니다.
   * <mark style="color:yellow;">예:</mark> <mark style="color:yellow;"></mark><mark style="color:yellow;">**일반 문의**</mark><mark style="color:yellow;">,</mark> <mark style="color:yellow;"></mark><mark style="color:yellow;">**결제 문의**</mark>

3. 입력이 완료되면 담당자가 확인 후 답변을 제공합니다.

* 문의 답변은 <mark style="color:yellow;">**최대 24시간**</mark>이 소요될 수 있습니다.
* 타인 관련 문의는 제한될 수 있으니 본인의 계정 및 상황에 대해서만 문의해주세요.
* 문의자가 장시간 답변이 없는 상태일 경우, 문의가 종료될 수 있습니다.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">**개인 킬피드/채팅칭호**</mark>의 경우, \[일반] 카테고리로 문의부탁드립니다.

#### 계정 정지 관련 문의는 정지일로부터 <mark style="color:red;">**15일 이내**</mark>에 접수해야 처리 가능합니다.

* 이의 제기 시 서버는 증빙자료를 요청할 수 있으며, 증빙자료가 없거나 미제출할경우 이의제기가 받아들여지지 않을 수 있습니다.

**해결 방법**

1. [SHIBA 디스코드](https://discord.gg/shibarp)를 우클릭하여 메뉴를 엽니다.
2. 메뉴 중 개인정보 보호 설정을 찾아 클릭합니다.
3. 다이렉트 메세지 설정이 활성화 돼 있는지 확인 합니다.\
   ( 비활성화인 경우 활성화로 변경 )<br>
